  • dZouk Blind Dancers Take Home Gold at World Latin Dance Cup!

George Quarcoo and Ramya Amuthan competed in the Limitless Division at the World Latin Dance Cup, where they represented Brazilian Zouk and placed in the finals. They are the world’s first visually impaired couple that has ever competed at an international dance competition.

We at dZouk are so proud of what this couple has accomplished. It has been very emotional for us to watch them grow, and now compete on an international stage. It is such a proud moment for dZouk to see them representing Brazilian Zouk, Canada and the blind community in the world of dance.

This opportunity would not have been possible without the gracious support of the Milikin Mills and Toronto West Lions Clubs and Danceplace.com.Thank you for helping to make this dream a reality.
